Sometimes it’s easy to forget to look around. To see the world for more than what we take for granted. We need to take the time to look and see, really see. Like from the eyes of a child, observing colors, smells, the music of nature. We should explore our surroundings as if we were a traveler, a tourist in our land. To enjoy what we have locally in a time when traveling is not ideal. This could help us feel less stuck. In combination with meditation, this could help us heal.
